Bible Studies

Rafiki Bible Studies cover every book of the Bible. Most studies cover individual books, though a few are combined. All are expository studies written by Reformed theologians and intended for groups of adult-level readers. Each lesson consists of printed notes with questions for discussion and recommended commentary for further study. These are print-only studies with no video or audio components. Beginner lessons are a great place to start for your first Rafiki Bible Study! Intermediate lessons are ideal after a group has completed at least one beginner study. Advanced lessons are best suited for those who are experienced in Bible study.

The two introductory lessons of every Rafiki Bible Study lay the essential foundation for all that follows. Lesson one establishes our ultimate purpose: to glorify and enjoy God by knowing him rightly through his Word. It calls us to approach Scripture with reverence, diligence, and a desire to shape our worldview according to God’s revealed truth. Lesson two provides the big-picture framework of Scripture, tracing the unfolding story of redemption from creation to Christ to consummation. Together, these lessons anchor participants in a God-centered purpose and a Christ-centered understanding of the Bible, equipping them to study every passage within the grand story of God’s glory displayed in the redemption of sinners.
